Holy Communion

Anyone who has already been baptized but has not yet received the Eucharist may prepare for First Holy Communion.

  • Baptized Catholic children 6 years old (typically 1st grade) and older may attend First Holy Communion classes: Preparation for First Holy Communion is a 2-year program that begins in the 1st grade. Children are normally prepared to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) and Holy Communion during 2nd grade. However, we offer the program for children of all ages.

  • Baptized Catholic adults (18 years old and older) would enroll in the Adult Confirmation and Eucharist Class. please contact Deacon Joe Santiago via email at [email protected]

  • Unbaptized adults (18 years old and older) or those validly baptized in another non-Catholic Chrisitan community would enroll into the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA)
