Anyone who has already been baptized but has not yet received the Eucharist may prepare to receive First Communion.
- Baptized Catholic children 6 years and older (from 1st-12th grade) can be enrolled for First Communion classes.
- Preparation for First Communion is a 2-year program that begins in the first grade.
- During the second year of the program, children are prepared to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) and Holy Communion.
Unbaptized adults (18 years old and older) or those validly baptized in another non-Catholic Christian community would enroll into the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA)
