Faith Formation Registration for 2026-2027
Registration for Faith Formation Classes is open now. See the information below to select your class. Then go to the registration button. near the bottom.
Requirements:
- Families MUST be registered members at HOLY FAMILY PARISH
- Even if you were enrolled for classes LAST YEAR, you need to register to have your child’s registration processed.
- For new families:
- You must submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate, and First Communion certificate.
- FOR OCIC (those who need all sacraments- ONLY birth certificate)
- You must submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate, and First Communion certificate.
Cost:
June:
$90 per child, $270 per family (3 or more kids enrolled)
July:
$100 per child, $300 per family (3 or more kids enrolled)
August:
$120 per child, $360 per family (3 or more kids enrolled)
NOTE: The Faith Formation Office will be verifying families registered through our parish PRIOR to processing your child’s registration.
Once you register, you MUST notify the Faith Formation Office. If you fail to do so, your child's registration will be processed starting August 1st
FOR NON-PARISHIONERS:
If you register and are NOT from our parish, your child’s registration will be processed staring August 1st
Cost: $150 PER CHILD
