Altar Servers
The Altar Servers at Holy Family are made up of young men and women aged 10 through 18 who wish to serve at the Altar.
This is a particularly noble ministry calling young people to serve at the celebrations of the mysteries of our faith. As an altar server, when you take part in the Liturgy, you offer a witness to all.
The altar server has a privileged place in liturgical celebrations. They experience from close at hand that Jesus Christ is present and active in every liturgy. Because of its intrinsic importance, servers receive extensive training.
They train once per month on the third Wednesday of the month from 7:00-8:30 PM following Benediction. They are trained by Deacon Joseph Santiago. The lay coordinator is Bob McLean and the scheduling coordinator is Joseph Santiago. If you are interested in serving as an Altar Server please complete one of the below forms and submit it to the Parish Office.
