Registration forms are available at the parish office or simply download by clicking on the link below and print out the form. You may also complete the form here online.  Return it to the parish office.

Importance of Registering as a Parishioners

Filling out the Registration  Form to register in the parish clearly announces your arrival in our parish and enables the parish priest and staff to communicate with you, in other words, we may recognize your face at Mass, but help us put a name with the face!

This communication is very important to our parish family and assures the family/individual of full status as a parishioner and enables the priest and parish staff to make available rights and privileges guaranteed by Church law. Canon Law and Diocesan policy in some instances require full parish membership before some sacraments may be administered.  This is particularly true of Baptism, Confirmation, Marriage and Holy Orders.

So please take a few moments of your time to complete the online registration form and print it or come into the parish office to fill it out.   We have lots of information we’d like to share with you including our parish welcome folder.  We look forward to meeting you!
